NCC Refund Policy
Nakskov Cykle Club is a licensed club, and it is therefore an independent purpose to motivate the club's members to take part in licensed races. The club therefore has a refund policy in relation to race fees, which aims to refund as much of the race fee as possible. It cannot be guaranteed that all race fee expenses can be refunded. The total budget of DKK 18,500.00 for reimbursement will be taken into account when the reimbursement is decided by the board.
Requirements to obtain a refund:
- The rider has helped at NCC events
- A minimum of 5 license races have been entered
- The rider has completed the NCC reimbursement statement correctly
- Receipt available
- Overview from DCU is available
- The form must be sent to faktura@nakskov-cc.dk - no later than 01.11. in the running year
The following documents must be submitted when requesting a refund:
NCC reimbursement statement
Receipt from each race for which the race fee has been paid
Overview from DCU
The final calculation of reimbursement to the individual rider will be based on the following policy:
The total cost of the club
The rider's other involvement in the club
An allocation key in relation to the total budget
The following expenses may be reimbursed:
Race fee for timely registration
Race fee for own participation
License fee to obtain a rider's license
